The format

What an e-invitation actually is

An e-invitation is an invitation you send instead of posting, and for most people that means one image dropped into a Messenger thread. Ours is a page on its own private link: the details, the programme, a map pin and a countdown, named RSVPs, a well wishes wall, and every photo your guests took.

It stays live for 12 months after the event, on the same link everyone was invited from.

The usual version

  • One designed image, exported and sent once
  • Guests screenshot it and lose it in the camera roll
  • Replies land in whichever thread they were sent from
  • A change to the venue means a new image and a new send
  • Nothing comes back to you afterwards

What sits on your link

  • A cover, the details, the programme and a map pin
  • A countdown to the date, and to the RSVP deadline
  • Named replies with seat counts, in one running list
  • A well wishes wall your guests write on
  • Every photo your guests took, in one download

How it is made

Designed from your details, from scratch

You send the details, we design the invitation. Our studio draws it from your event, your names and whatever direction you give us on the look, never from a template with your text dropped in. First draft in three to five days, 2 rounds of revisions, and typo and detail fixes free for as long as it is up.

01

You send the details

The occasion, the date, the venue and your RSVP deadline. About two minutes on the form, and a rough headcount is enough to start.

02

We talk it through

A short call, usually the same day, where we agree what the invitation needs to carry and what it costs. Nothing to pay before that.

03

We design it

First draft in three to five days, drawn from your event rather than from a template. Two rounds of revisions after that.

04

You get one link

Paste it into Messenger, Viber or an email. Everything else, the replies, the greetings and the photos, happens on the invitation.

Direction can be as little as a colour, a photo you liked or three words. If you have a board saved somewhere, send it. If you have nothing, we come back with two directions and you pick one.

The card itself

What an e-invitation card includes

The card is the cover, the front your guests see first. Yours comes as three pieces: a cover sized so the link unfurls with the right image in Messenger and Viber, a QR code you can print on one sign for the door, and the pages behind it holding the programme, the map and the RSVP.

Nothing is printed or posted. If you want a printed batch alongside the link, that comes from a local printer and we are happy to hand over the artwork for it.

The cover

The front your guests see first, designed for your event. Sized so the link unfurls with the right image and title instead of showing a bare URL.

The QR code

Printed on one sign at the door, it pulls up the programme on a guest's phone. One sign, rather than a card for every household.

The pages behind it

The details, the programme, the map, the countdown, the RSVP, the well wishes wall and the photo upload, all on the same link.

What it does

RSVPs by name, well wishes and every photo from the day

Guests reply on the invitation itself with a name and a seat count, so you get a running headcount instead of tallying yeses across three group chats. They leave a message for whoever is being celebrated, and they upload photos from their phones while the event is still going.

01

A headcount you can give the caterer

Named replies, seat counts, and a list of who has not answered yet. Managed RSVP is an add-on if you would rather we chase them.

02

Greetings, in one place

Guests leave a message and it appears on the invitation for everyone to read. Hold them for approval first if you prefer.

03

Everyone's photos, not just yours

Uploads land at the resolution they were shot at, with no cap on how many. You download the lot as one file.

The photo download stays open for 90 days after the event, and we remind you before the window closes.

Start your invitation

The form takes about two minutes and a rough headcount is enough to begin. A short call usually the same day, then your first draft three to five days after that.

Sample designs

Open a sample and try the RSVP

Nine complete samples are open right now, one for every occasion we take, from a garden wedding in Tagaytay to a binyag in Makati and a product launch in the Fort. Reply to the RSVP, leave a message on the wall, click through the programme. All of them were designed by our studio to show the range rather than for a past client.

All nine are sample designs from our studio, not client work.

By occasion

Weddings, debuts, binyag and everything in between

Every occasion has its own page, its own price and its own detail, because a wedding invitation carries an entourage and principal sponsors where a binyag carries neither. The eight we are asked for most are below, and anything not named is still welcome.

E-invitation is one of three words for the same format. If the word you use is paperless invitations or email invitations, those pages answer the same question from the other side.

Getting started

What we need from you

Six things, and the form asks for all of them in about two minutes. The occasion and whose day it is, the date and the times, the venue, your RSVP deadline, any direction on the look, and anything guests need told in advance. Nothing else is needed before your first draft.

The occasion, and whose day it is
A binyag, a debut, a wedding, or something we have not listed
Date, start time and end time
Guests plan the trip home around the end time more than the start
Venue
The address as you would give it to a driver, and we add the map pin
Your RSVP deadline
We show a countdown to it, which does more than a reminder message
Any direction on the look
A colour, a photo you liked, or three words. Any one of them is enough
Anything guests need told
Parking, dress code, whether to bring the kids, gift preferences
Start your invitation

Two minutes on the form. Nothing to pay until we have spoken.

Questions

Asked before booking

What it costs, whether you can edit it yourself, what guests need on their phones, and how long it all stays online. Short answers below, and anything else can go on the call.

How much does an e-invitation cost in the Philippines?

Ours are ₱999 for a christening or a kids' party, ₱1,499 for a birthday or a milestone, ₱2,499 for a debut, and ₱4,999 for a wedding up to 400 guests. Corporate and multi-event work is quoted from ₱7,999. One payment per event, with no cap on guests or photos at any price.

Is there a free version?

No. The lowest price is ₱999, and that is one payment per event with nothing recurring. GCash or bank transfer, 50 percent after our call and the balance before it goes live. There is nothing to pay until we have spoken and agreed on a price.

Can I edit it myself after it goes live?

No, and you do not need to. You send us the change and we make it, usually the same day. Venue moves, time changes and typo fixes are free for as long as the invitation is up, and every guest sees the current version because there is only ever one link.

Can guests open it on an old phone without installing anything?

Yes. It opens in whatever browser is already on the phone, on mobile data, with no app and no account to make. We ask for a name before anyone replies or posts a message, so you know who said what, but there is nothing to sign up for.

What is the difference between an e-invitation and a wedding website?

Mostly scope. A wedding website is a set of pages about the couple, and an e-invitation is the invitation itself, built to be opened once and replied to. Ours does both jobs on one link: the invitation up front, then the programme, the map, the RSVP and the photos behind it.

How long does it stay online?

12 months from the day it goes live, on the same link everyone was invited from. Guest photos stay downloadable at original resolution for 90 days after the event, or a full year for a ₱499 add-on you can take at any point, including afterwards.

Tell us about the event

Send us the date, the rough headcount and the kind of look you are after. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is due until we have spoken. We come back the same day with a time to talk it through, and then we start drawing.
