Debuts
Debut invitations for an 18th birthday
The invitation is built around her programme: the 18 roses, the 18 candles, the 18 treasures and the cotillion, each with every name in the order it happens, so nobody is checking a printout backstage. One private link, ₱2,499, first draft in three to five days.

The checklist
What a debut invitation has to include
A debut invitation needs the debutante’s name, the date, the call time and the venue, plus the three eighteens: 18 roses with each dance partner named, 18 candles with who gives each message, and 18 treasures with who gives each gift. Then the cotillion, the programme, the attire and an RSVP deadline.
That is nine things, and a folded card fits about four of them. It is the main reason debuts end up on a link rather than on paper: the names alone run to more than fifty.
- 01The debutante's full name, and how she wants it written
- 02Date, call time and the venue, with a map pin
- 03The 18 roses, with the name of each dance partner
- 04The 18 candles, and who gives each message
- 05The 18 treasures, and who gives each gift
- 06The cotillion and the court, named in order
- 07The evening's programme, from entrance to last dance
- 08Attire and the colour palette, shown rather than described
- 09An RSVP with a deadline, because most of the list is classmates
The three eighteens
The 18 roses, the 18 candles, the 18 treasures
Fifty-four people get named across the three, and every one of them needs to know when they are on. We build each eighteen as its own section, in running order, with the giver beside the gift or the message. Guests scroll to their own name and see exactly where they fall in the evening.
18 roses
Each dance partner named in the order he takes the floor, so nobody is left checking a printout backstage. You can reorder them right up to the day: send us the change and it is done in minutes.
18 candles
The friends and relatives who each give a message, every one with her own place on the programme, so she can read ahead and know exactly when she is on.
18 treasures
Who gives what, listed so the gifts are not duplicated. This is the section families tell us saves the most confusion.
Changing a name after it is live costs nothing and takes us minutes. Somebody always drops out of the roses two weeks before, and on paper that is a reprint. Here it is a message to us and the invitation is correct for everyone immediately, because there is only ever one link.

The evening
Cotillion, court and the order of the evening
A debut runs to a programme that guests genuinely follow, unlike most parties. The cotillion court, the grand entrance, the three eighteens, the tributes and the last dance all have an order, and eight blocks of it sit on the invitation so nobody has to ask what is happening next.
- 01Doors and cocktailsWhen to actually arrive, which is not the same as the call time
- 02Grand entranceThe moment everyone wants to be seated for
- 03Cotillion de honorThe court, in order, with the waltz they have been rehearsing
- 04The 18 rosesPartner by partner, named on the invitation in advance
- 05The 18 candlesMessages, in the order they are given
- 06The 18 treasuresGifts, with the giver named beside each
- 07Dinner and tributesSpeeches from the parents, and the debutante's response
- 08PartyWhere the programme stops and the night carries on

RSVP
RSVPs from a guest list that is mostly classmates
Most of a debut guest list is eighteen-year-olds, who will not post a reply card and will not answer a phone call. They will tap a link. Each one replies in their own name with a seat count, and you get a running headcount plus a list of who has not answered yet.
No app, no account
The link opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. We ask for a name and nothing else.
Families reply as households
Titas and titos reply once for everyone coming, with the seat count you need for the caterer.
Chasing, if you want it
If the last few replies are not worth your evenings, we will chase them and hand you a final headcount. ₱999.
Afterwards, guests upload their photos to the same link. A debut is photographed by everyone in the room, and you get all of it in one download at the resolution it was shot at, rather than the compressed copies that come back through chat.

Sample designs
Open Sofia's debut invitation
Sofia at eighteen is a complete sample invitation you can open and use. Reply to the RSVP, leave a message, click through the three eighteens. It is a formal debut at the Sofitel in Pasay for May 2027 in blush, plum and champagne, designed by our studio rather than taken from client work.
Nothing you press is saved, so reply as a guest and see how it behaves. Yours will not look like Sofia’s. It was designed from scratch for the debut it describes, and yours gets the same, drawn from her own evening.
Andrea and Miguel is the one to open next if there is a digital wedding invitation coming too. There are nine of these now, one per occasion, and they all sit on the sample designs page. If the 18th is simply a party without the traditional programme, then digital birthday invitations is the cheaper and more honest option.

Questions
Asked before booking
What has to be on it, whether we build the three eighteens properly, how classmates reply, and how far ahead to send it. Short answers below, and anything else can go on the call.
What should a debut invitation include?
A debut invitation needs the debutante's name, the date, the call time and the venue, plus the three eighteens: the 18 roses with each dance partner named, the 18 candles with who gives each message, and the 18 treasures with who gives each gift. Add the cotillion, the programme, the attire and an RSVP deadline.
Do you build the 18 roses, candles and treasures as separate sections?
Yes, each as its own section with every name listed in the order it happens. It is the part guests actually read, and no international invitation platform models it, so on most debuts it ends up the centre of the design rather than an afterthought at the bottom.
Can the debutante's friends RSVP without their parents?
Yes. Anyone with the link can reply in their own name with a seat count, so classmates reply for themselves and families reply for the household. You see every reply by name, which matters when the guest list is mostly eighteen-year-olds.
How far ahead should a debut invitation go out?
Six to eight weeks for the invitation itself, and earlier for the roses, candles and treasures, since those eighteen people need asking before they are printed anywhere. Our first draft takes three to five days, or 48 hours for a ₱999 rush.
Is PHP 2,499 the full price?
Yes, for the invitation itself, with no cap on guests or photos. A matching save-the-date, your own domain, personalised guest links and managed RSVP are separate add-ons from ₱899 if you want them.
Why does a debut cost more than a birthday invitation?
Because a debut is a bigger build. It carries the three eighteens with more than fifty names in running order, the cotillion and court, and a full evening programme, none of which an ordinary birthday needs. A debut is ₱2,499 and a birthday is ₱1,499.
