Birthdays
Digital birthday invitations for every age
We design the invitation, host it on one private link, and gather the replies, the greetings and every photo taken at the party, so the day does not disappear into forty separate camera rolls. A kids’ birthday is ₱999 and an adult or milestone birthday is ₱1,499, with your first draft ready in three to five days.

The ages that matter
The 1st and the 7th, which the Philippines does properly
Filipino families mark the 1st and the 7th differently from every other year, and the 7th in particular has a structure: seven candles, seven roses and seven wishes, each given by someone named. We build those as their own sections, because that is the part guests actually stop and read.
A short invitation for a short day. Most of the guest list is family, and the photos are the point.
Seven candles, seven roses, seven wishes, each with its own section and the names of who is giving them.
The first one they want a say in. Usually means a stronger theme and a guest list of classmates.
A debut, which is a bigger build with the 18 roses, candles and treasures. Its own page.
Golden birthdays, where the tributes and the greetings wall carry more weight than the programme.
One exception
Turning 18 makes it a debut
An 18th birthday in the Philippines is usually a debut, which carries the 18 roses, the 18 candles, the 18 treasures, the cotillion and a full evening programme with more than fifty names in running order. That is a different invitation at ₱2,499, and it has a page of its own.
If the 18th is simply a party without the traditional programme, then this page is the right one.
On the day
RSVPs, a wall of greetings, and every photo
Guests reply by name with a seat count, so you get a running headcount for the caterer rather than a tally from four chat threads. They leave a message for the celebrant, and they upload photos during the party which you download afterwards as one file at original resolution.
A headcount, including the adults
Parents reply for the household and say how many adults are staying, which is the number the caterer actually needs.
Greetings the celebrant keeps
Messages appear on the invitation for everyone to read. For a 60th or a 1st, this is usually what gets screenshotted.
Everyone's photos, not just yours
No cap on how many, at the resolution they were shot at. Titas take more photos than anybody and now you get them all.
Two working birthday invitations are open end to end: Mateo turning seven, written so the parents get the pick-up time while the kids get the map, and Rosario at sixty, a seated dinner with the toasts actually scheduled. Both sit with the rest on the sample designs page.
Sample designs
Open a sample kids' birthday invitation
Mateo turning seven is a complete sample invitation you can open and use. It is a safari afternoon at The Glass Garden in Pasig set for April 2027 in khaki, olive and rust, designed by our studio rather than taken from client work.
Nothing you press is saved, so reply as a guest and see how it behaves. Yours will not look like Mateo’s. It was designed from scratch for the party it describes, and that is the whole service.
It is written for two readers at once. The child gets the expedition and the map; the parent gets the pick-up time, the parking, the allergy line and a straight answer on whether they are expected to stay. That last one is the question hosts spend the week before answering in a group chat.
Sample designs
Open a sample adult birthday invitation
Rosario at sixty is the other one you can open end to end. It is a seated dinner at The Peninsula Manila set for June 2027 in garnet, gold and ink, on a dark stock rather than a light one.
The same machinery, dressed for a seated dinner rather than a lawn. Reply as a guest and see how it behaves; nothing you press is saved.
The programme is the thing to look at. The toasts are scheduled with names against them and three minutes each, because left open, six people speak for four minutes somewhere around the main course and the room never recovers. All nine samples sit on the sample designs page.
Getting started
What we need from you
Six things, and the form asks for all of them in about two minutes. The celebrant and the age, the date and times, the venue, your RSVP deadline, any direction on the look, and some photos of the celebrant. Nothing else is needed before your first draft arrives.
- The celebrant and the age
- Spelled how you want it written, nickname included
- Date, start time and end time
- Parents plan pickups around the end time
- Venue
- The address as you would give it to a driver. We add the map pin
- RSVP deadline
- Shown as a countdown, which works better than a reminder
- Theme, colours or a photo
- A motif, a palette, or a picture of something you liked
- Photos of the celebrant
- For the cover and the story. Send whatever you have
If the party is a birthday plus something else, a christening and a first birthday on the same day for instance, say so on the form. A second linked event is a ₱899 add-on and both sit on one invitation.
Two minutes on the form. Nothing to pay until we have spoken.

Questions
Asked before booking
What it costs, why the two prices differ, whether we handle a 7th birthday properly, and where an 18th fits. Short answers below, and anything else can go on the call.
How much is a digital birthday invitation in the Philippines?
Ours are ₱999 for a kids' birthday and ₱1,499 for an adult or milestone birthday. One payment per event with nothing recurring, settled by GCash or bank transfer, and there is no cap on guests or photos at either price.
Why do kids' birthdays cost less than adult ones?
Because there is less of it to make. A kids' party runs a couple of hours with a short programme, while an adult birthday usually carries a full evening, speeches, tributes and a sit-down dinner with dietary notes. Nothing is switched off on the cheaper one: the RSVP, the greetings wall and the photo collection are identical.
Do you design 7th birthday invitations?
Yes, and we build the seven candles, seven roses and seven wishes as their own sections with the names of whoever is giving each one. It is the part guests actually read, and no international invitation platform handles it, so it usually ends up the centre of the design.
Is an 18th birthday a debut?
In the Philippines it usually is, and a debut is a different build: the 18 roses, the 18 candles, the 18 treasures, the cotillion and a full evening programme. That is ₱2,499 and it has its own page. If the 18th is just a party, this page is the right one.
Can guests upload photos from the party?
Yes, straight from their phones during the party, with no app and no account. You download everything as one file at original resolution, any time within 90 days. There is no limit on how many they upload.
Not a birthday after all? Reunions, despedidas and anniversaries are party invitations, and a first birthday held with the christening belongs with christening invitations.
