España Boulevard is closed to non-university traffic on ceremony mornings. Enter on foot from the Dapitan side and allow twenty minutes for the queue at Gate 3.

Two per graduate, and the door scans them. Yours is attached to your RSVP.
Parking
Nothing inside the campus. The Dapitan and Lacson lots are the realistic options.

The Manila Hotel, 20 minutes by car. Table is under Cordero for 1:00.

Both parents are called up for the pinning. Please be at the right-hand aisle by 10:20 so the marshals can find you.

Read this before Saturday
The two-ticket rule
Strictly enforced at the door and not negotiable at the gate. If more of the family are coming, they are very welcome at lunch instead.
Photographs
None from the aisles during conferment. There is a photo call on the steps at 11:30 and the official photographer covers the pinning.
How long
Four hours in the seat with no interval. Bring water; the pavilion sells none inside.
Flowers
If you are bringing some, leave them at the lunch venue rather than carrying them through security. Sampaguita is traditional and travels badly.

Confirm your seat
By 8 May. Tell us whether you are coming to the ceremony, the lunch, or both, so the ticket goes to someone who can use it.
