What you get

Party invitations built for Messenger and Viber, not the printer

Nothing is printed or posted. You get one private link that opens like an invitation on a phone, holds the details and the programme, takes named RSVPs with seat counts, and collects the photos your guests take on the night. It stays up for 12 months afterwards.

We say so at the top because most people searching for party invitations are picturing card stock. If you do want a printed batch alongside the link, that comes from a local printer and we will hand over the artwork for it.

How it reaches your guests

  • You paste one link

Into a Messenger thread, a Viber group, an email, or all three.

  • It unfurls as a preview

With the right image and title, so it does not look like a bare URL.

  • They open it in the browser

No app, no account, and it works on an old phone on mobile data.

  • A QR code for the door

Print one sign at the venue so guests can pull up the programme.

What we cover

Despedidas, reunions, anniversaries and town fiestas

This page carries every celebration that is not a wedding, a debut, a birthday or a christening. The eight most common are below. Birthdays have their own page, because the 1st, the 7th and the 18th each need something a party invitation does not.

Despedidas

A send-off before the flight, usually thrown at short notice. Rush exists for exactly this.

Reunions

Family, batch or barkada. The RSVP earns its keep when you are counting heads across three provinces.

Anniversaries

Wedding, silver, golden. The well wishes wall tends to be the part the couple keeps.

Retirements

A send-off after the last day, where half the guest list is colleagues who have never met the family.

Town and barangay fiestas

Several days, several venues, and a programme that everybody needs and nobody can find.

House blessings

A new home, blessed properly. Short invitation, and the map pin does most of the work.

Kids' parties

Not a birthday, but a party all the same. Playdates, recitals and end-of-school parties.

Engagement parties

Including pamanhikan, where both families need to know the order of the evening in advance.

Planning a birthday instead? That is digital birthday invitations. An 18th is a debut invitation, which is a different build again. Anything not named on this page is still welcome, and we will price it on the call.

On the night

RSVPs, well wishes and the photos from the night

Guests reply by name with a seat count, so you get a running headcount instead of tallying yeses in a group chat. They leave messages for whoever is being celebrated, and they upload photos from their phones during the party. You download the lot as one file at full resolution.

01

A headcount you can give the caterer

Named replies, seat counts and a list of who has not answered yet. Managed RSVP is an add-on if you would rather we chase them.

02

Greetings, in one place

Guests leave a message and it appears on the invitation for everyone to read. Hold them for approval first if you prefer.

03

Everyone's photos, not just yours

Uploads land at the resolution they were shot at. For a reunion, this is usually the part people are still opening a year later.

Guests from out of town

When half the guest list is travelling

Reunions and despedidas pull people in from other provinces and other countries, and those guests need more than a date. The invitation carries the venue with a map pin that opens in Google Maps, the end time so they can book a flight home, and the programme so they know which part they must not miss.

A map pin, not an address

Guests tap through to Google Maps rather than typing a barangay into a search box on mobile data.

The end time, stated

People travelling plan the trip home around when it finishes, which a printed card almost never says.

Greetings from the ones who cannot come

Relatives abroad leave a message on the invitation instead of a group chat nobody scrolls back through.

The invitation stays live for 12 months, so the guests who flew in still have the photos on the same link when they get home.

Start the party invitation

The form takes about two minutes and a rough headcount is enough to begin. A short call usually the same day, then your first draft three to five days after that.

Sample designs

Open a sample anniversary invitation

Eduardo and Lourdes is a complete sample invitation you can open and use. Reply to the RSVP, book a seat on the coach, read the roll of children and grandchildren. It is fifty years marked with a renewal of vows at San Agustin and a ballroom in Makati, set for October 2027 in gold, ivory and bronze.

Nothing you press is saved, so reply as a guest and see how it behaves. Yours will not look like this one. It was designed from scratch for the anniversary it describes, and yours gets the same, drawn from your own night.

A golden anniversary is the hardest version of this page’s job: three generations on the guest list, a church and a ballroom in different cities, and half the family watching from abroad. If it copes with that it copes with a reunion. The other eight, including a sixtieth birthday dinner, sit on the sample designs page.

Getting started

What we need from you

Six things, and the form asks for all of them in about two minutes. Who is celebrating and why, the date and the times, the venue, your RSVP deadline, any direction on the look, and anything guests need told in advance. Nothing else is needed before your first draft.

Who is celebrating, and what for
The name on the invitation and the reason for the night
Date, start time and end time
Guests plan their travel around the end time more than the start

We show a countdown to it, which does more than a reminder message

Questions

Asked before booking

Whether this is printed, what it costs, whether guests need an app, and whether one invitation can carry two nights. Short answers below, and anything else can go on the call.

Are these printed party invitations or digital ones?

Digital only. What you get is a private link that opens like an invitation on your guests' phones, collects their replies, and holds the photos afterwards. There is no printing, no delivery and no envelopes. If you want a printed batch as well, that comes from a local printer.

How much do party invitations cost in the Philippines?

Ours are ₱1,499 for an adult party, an anniversary, a despedida, a reunion, a retirement or a fiesta, and ₱999 for a house blessing or a kids' party. One payment per event, nothing recurring, settled by GCash or bank transfer.

Can guests reply without downloading anything?

Yes. They tap the link and it opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. We ask for a name before anyone replies or posts a message, so you know who said what, but there is no app to install and no account to make.

Can one invitation cover two nights?

Yes. A second linked event is a ₱899 add-on, which covers a fiesta running across a weekend or a despedida with a morning-after brunch. Both sit on the same link with their own times, venues and RSVPs.

Why do some parties cost more than others?

Because there is more invitation to build. An adult celebration, a reunion or a fiesta carries a real programme across an evening or a weekend, where a house blessing or a kids' party runs a couple of hours. Those are ₱1,499 and ₱999 respectively.

Tell us about the party

Send us the date, the rough headcount and the kind of look you are after. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is due until we have spoken. We come back the same day with a time to talk it through, and then we start drawing.
