Paperless

Paperless invitations, with nothing to post

A paperless invitation is one link instead of a stack of cards. We design it, host it, and it carries the details, takes named replies, holds the greetings and keeps every photo your guests take. From ₱999, first draft in three to five days.

The format

What a paperless invitation is

A paperless invitation is an invitation with no printed part at all. Instead of cards, envelopes and a courier, your guests get one private link that opens like an invitation on their phone, takes their reply by name, and holds the photos afterwards. It stays live for 12 months.

This is what lands on a guest’s screen, shot from a real sample rather than drawn for the brochure.

A wedding invitation open on a phone, showing the couple's names over a sunset photo with the date and venue underneath
01

It opens like an invitation

Not a web page with a banner. The cover fills the screen the way a card fills your hands.

The running order of a wedding day on the invitation, from a three o'clock ceremony to the last song at ten
02

The day, hour by hour

Ceremony, reception, the programme and a countdown, so nobody has to ask what time to arrive.

The RSVP form on the invitation, asking for a name, a contact, whether they are coming, and anything the couple should know
03

They reply by name

A name, a seat count and anything you should know, which adds up to a headcount instead of a group chat.

The guest photo gallery on the invitation, a grid of photos guests uploaded with an add your photos tile
04

Their photos come back

Guests upload from the floor during the event, and you take the lot away in one download.

Your whole list

Everyone on the list, including the ones who are not here

Half a Filipino guest list is somewhere else: a tita in Dubai, a kuya on a ship, cousins in Winnipeg who will not make the flight. A link reaches all of them the same day it is finished, and they can leave a message on the wall even when they cannot come.

The relatives abroad

No courier, no customs form, no three-week wait. A tita in Dubai and a kuya on a ship open the same link, the same evening you send it.

The titos who do not use Messenger

The same link works pasted into an email, or read out over the phone. Nothing to install and no account to make, on whatever handset they already have.

The ones who cannot come

They still get to say something. The wishes wall is where the greetings from the people who could not fly in end up, and it stays there afterwards.

Delivery

How it reaches your guests

Three ways, and you choose. Pasted into a Messenger thread or a Viber group, where it unfurls with your cover image. Sent in an email from your own address. Or scanned from a QR code on one printed sign at the door. You send it rather than us, so every reply comes back to you.

Friends laughing together at an evening reception

A Messenger thread or a Viber group

Paste the link and it unfurls with your cover image and title, so it arrives looking like an invitation instead of a bare URL.

Guests talking around a long candlelit table

An email from your own address

The same link in an email to the list you already keep. We do not send on your behalf, so it comes from you and replies come back to you.

Guests raising their glasses in a toast

A QR code on one sign at the door

Printed once for the venue rather than per household. Guests scan it for the programme, and later for uploading their photos.

Photographs on this page are our own studio sets rather than client events. If you want each household to get its own link and its own seat count, personalised guest links are a ₱999 add-on.

Paper and no paper

Paperless or printed, and doing both

Most families do both. Print twenty for the principal sponsors and the lolos and lolas, for whom handing over something physical carries weight, and send the link to the other three hundred. We do not print, so that small batch comes from a local printer and we hand over the artwork for it.

Afterwards

What comes back to you when nothing was printed

A printed card goes out and nothing returns. A link keeps working: the replies arrive as a headcount, the greetings pile up on a wall the celebrant can read, and every photo taken that day lands in one place you can download at original resolution.

The well wishes wall on the invitation, with messages from guests and a video one guest attached
The greetings

A wall of well wishes, in their own words

Guests write on the invitation itself, and they can attach a photo or a short video with it. Tita Beth saying she will see you in Tagaytay, the cousins who practised the send-off in a driveway, the family of four already picking outfits.

Moderation is on if you would rather approve each one before it appears.

Stays readable for 12 months

The photographs

Every photo from the day, from everyone there

Your photographer gives you the posed record. This gives you the other one: the toast from the far table, the barkada selfie, the lolo dancing, shot from every corner of the room at the resolution the phone took it at.

You take the lot away as one file, and the window extends to a full year for ₱499 if you would rather decide later.

Download for 90 days, no cap on how many

The form takes about two minutes and a rough headcount is enough to begin. A short call usually the same day, then your first draft three to five days after that.

Sample designs

Open a sample and try the RSVP

Nine complete samples are open right now, one per occasion, from a garden wedding in Tagaytay to a binyag in Makati and a product launch in the Fort. This is the christening, and every part of it works: reply to it, write on the wall, add a photo and watch it appear.

Elena Marie is a christening at Santuario de San Antonio in Makati, with every ninong and ninang named. Reply to the RSVP, leave a message on the wall, scroll the programme. Everything on it works.

It is a sample design from our studio rather than a past client, and the venue is real because the map on it is live. Eight more are open on the sample designs page, one for every occasion we take.

By occasion

Weddings, binyag, debuts and everything in between

Every occasion has its own page, its own price and its own detail, because a wedding invitation carries an entourage and principal sponsors where a binyag carries neither. The eight we are asked for most are below, and anything not named is still welcome.

Paperless is one of three words people use for this. If you came looking for e-invitations or email invitations, those pages answer the same question from the other side.

Getting started

What we need from you

Six things, and the form asks for all of them in about two minutes. The occasion and whose day it is, the date and the times, the venue, your RSVP deadline, any direction on the look, and anything guests need told in advance. Nothing else is needed before your first draft.

The occasion, and whose day it is
A binyag, a debut, a wedding, or something we have not listed
Date, start time and end time
Guests plan the trip home around the end time more than the start
Venue
The address as you would give it to a driver, and we add the map pin
Your RSVP deadline
We show a countdown to it, which does more than a reminder message
Any direction on the look
A colour, a photo you liked, or three words. Any one of them is enough
Anything guests need told
Parking, dress code, whether to bring the kids, gift preferences

Questions

Asked before booking

What it costs, whether we print anything, who sends it to your guests, and what happens to it afterwards. Short answers below, and anything else can go on the call.

How much do paperless invitations cost in the Philippines?

Ours are ₱999 for a christening or a kids' party, ₱1,499 for a birthday or a milestone, ₱2,499 for a debut, and ₱4,999 for a wedding up to 400 guests. Corporate and multi-event work is quoted from ₱7,999. One payment per event, with no cap on guests or photos.

Do you print anything at all?

No. Everything we make lives on the link, and the only paper in it is the one sign you print for the door with the QR code on it. If you want a small batch of cards for the lolos and lolas, a local printer does that and we hand over the artwork.

Is a paperless invitation the same as an e-invitation?

Yes, they are two names for the same thing, and paperless is the one that says what it means: no printing and no posting. Whichever word you use, ours is a designed page on its own private link rather than an image you send once and cannot change.

What if some of my guests are not on Messenger or Viber?

Then you send the same link in an email, or over text, or you read it out and they type it in. It opens in whatever browser is already on the phone, on mobile data, with no app to install and no account to make.

Who sends it to the guests, you or me?

You do. We hand you the finished link, a preview image sized for chat, and a QR code, and you send it from your own thread or your own email address so the replies come back to you. If you would rather each household had its own link, that is a separate add-on.

What happens to it after the event?

It stays live for 12 months on the same link everyone was invited from, so it becomes the record of the day rather than something that expires. Guest photos stay downloadable at original resolution for 90 days, or a full year for a ₱499 add-on.

Tell us about the day

Send us the date, the rough headcount and the kind of look you are after. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is due until we have spoken. We come back the same day with a time to talk it through, and then we start drawing.
