Digital invitation prices, plain and in pesos

Digital invitation prices here start at ₱999 for a christening or a kids’ party and run to ₱4,999 for a wedding of up to 400 guests, with corporate work quoted from ₱7,999. One payment per event, GCash or bank transfer, and the RSVP, the wishes wall and every photo your guests take come with all of them.

A christening invitation open on a phone, in sage and cream

By occasion

Five prices, one for every kind of occasion

A christening or a kids’ party is ₱999, a birthday or a graduation is ₱1,499, a debut is ₱2,499, and a wedding up to 400 guests is ₱4,999. Corporate and multi-event work starts from ₱7,999 and is quoted on the call, once we know the shape of it.

What changes between them is how much invitation the day itself needs. A wedding carries an entourage, principal sponsors and a run from the church to the reception; a binyag carries one rite and a lunch with the family afterwards. Every one of them is drawn from scratch for the day it belongs to.

Included everywhere

What every price includes, and what costs extra

Everything on the list below comes with every invitation, whether it is the ₱999 binyag or a quoted corporate evening. A christening for forty collects the same messages and the same photographs as a wedding for four hundred. The only extras are 8 flat-priced add-ons, none above ₱999, and none of them needed to make the invitation work.

What every invitation includes

  • A custom-designed invitation, never a template
  • No cap on guests and no cap on photos
  • Event details, programme, map and countdown
  • RSVP with named replies and seat counts
  • A well wishes wall, moderated if you want it
  • Guest photos, uploaded as the day happens
  • Every photo in one download, at full quality
  • A private link search engines cannot index
  • Two rounds of revisions on the design
  • Typo and detail fixes free, before and after it goes live
Guest photos stay downloadable for 90 days after the event, and the invitation itself stays up for 12 months on the same link.

Add-ons, if you want them

What your guests get, at ₱999 and at ₱4,999

Every price buys your guests the same four things: a cover drawn for the day, an RSVP they answer by name, a wall for their messages, and somewhere to put their photographs. The screens below are shot from Andrea and Miguel, a sample wedding our studio designed.

02 · The RSVP

Replies with names on them

Guests answer on the page with a name and a seat count, so you always know who is coming. The same on a ₱999 binyag as on a wedding.

Greetings land on the invitation instead of scrolling away in a group chat, and they are still there a year later. Hold them for approval first if you would rather.

The pages guests read rather than answer

Behind the cover sit the programme, the venue map with directions, the attire palette and a save the date film, at every price on this page. They are pages on one private link rather than attachments, so if the venue moves two weeks out, every guest has the new one without you sending a single message.

Your side of it

A page of your own, included at every price

Every invitation comes with a private page only you can open, at ₱999 exactly as at ₱4,999. It counts seats confirmed against seats held, shows you who has not answered yet, and keeps every note a guest left about a diet or an arrival time. Export the whole list for the caterer whenever you need it.

Questions

Asked about the pricing

What it costs against the market, why the occasion sets the number, what the deposit is and what the wedding bundle saves. Short answers below, and anything they miss can go on the call.

How much does a digital invitation cost in the Philippines?

Done-for-you digital invitations in the Philippines usually run between PHP 1,500 and PHP 8,000. Ours are ₱999 for christenings and kids' parties, ₱1,499 for birthdays and graduations, ₱2,499 for debuts and ₱4,999 for weddings up to 400 guests, with corporate and multi-event work quoted from ₱7,999.

Why does the occasion set the price instead of the guest count?

Because the occasion decides how much invitation there is to make. A wedding carries an entourage page, principal sponsors and a ceremony-to-reception flow, where a binyag carries a single rite. Guest count only matters past 400, where the volume of replies becomes real support work on our side and the wedding price becomes a quote.

Are there any fees on top of the listed price?

No. The listed price covers the design, the hosting, the RSVP, the wishes wall, the photo collection and 2 rounds of revisions. Add-ons are optional and priced flat, and the invitation works without any of them. Typo and detail fixes stay free before and after it goes live.

How and when do I pay?

GCash or bank transfer, in two parts: 50 percent after our call, once we have agreed the price, and the balance before the invitation goes live. Nothing is recurring, and nothing at all is due before we have spoken.

What does the managed wedding bundle save?

The managed wedding is ₱6,999 for the wedding invitation plus personalised guest links, managed RSVP, a matching save-the-date and your own domain. Bought one by one those come to ₱8,795, so taking them together saves ₱1,796.

Is anything missing from the cheaper invitations?

No. The ₱999 invitation carries the same RSVP, wishes wall, photo collection and host page as the ₱4,999 one, with no cap on guests or photos at either end. The cheaper occasions cost less because there is less of the day to lay out, not because anything is switched off.

Tell us about the day

Send the occasion, the date and a rough headcount. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is due until we have spoken. We come back the same day with a time to talk it through, and then we start drawing.
