Digital wedding invitations for Filipino couples
Our digital wedding invitations are a small website for your wedding rather than a card that gets sent once and tucked away. We design yours around the ceremony, the reception and the people standing with you, then host it on one private link that gathers the RSVPs, the well wishes and every photo your guests take. ₱4,999, and your first draft lands in three to five days.
₱4,999 up to 400 guests · 2 rounds of revisions · GCash or bank transfer

What you get
What a digital wedding invitation costs in the Philippines
A digital wedding invitation from us is ₱4,999 for up to 400 guests, and that is the whole wedding on one link: the ceremony and the reception, the entourage and your principal sponsors, the programme, the attire and palette, named RSVPs, the well wishes wall, and every photo your guests take. Above 400 we quote.
₱4,999

Ceremony to reception, entourage and all.

Two reasons a wedding costs more than ₱4,999
Only one of them is about size, and neither unlocks anything. The invitation is the same build at every price, and the list above is never withheld to sell an upgrade.
Fixed price
The managed wedding
₱6,999
₱8,795
The wedding invitation with the four things couples add most often, taken as one. Taken separately they come to ₱8,795.
- Wedding invitation
- Personalised guest links
- Managed RSVP
- Matching save-the-date
- Your own domain
This one has nothing to do with size. A 120-guest wedding takes it as often as a 380-guest one, because it is the couple deciding they would rather not hand everybody the same link and chase the replies themselves.
Quoted on the call
Over 400 guests, or several linked events
From ₱7,999
Past 400 guests the price stops being a list price. Not because the invitation gets bigger, it does not, but because three things grow with the guest list and every one of them is our hours.
- The replies400 guests is around 150 households answering, each with seat counts and dietary notes, and a third of them never answer the first time. Chasing that is days of work rather than an afternoon.
- More than one eventA wedding at that scale usually carries a pamanhikan, a despedida and a morning-after brunch, each with its own venue, programme and guest list on the same link.
- The entourage, and proofing itA hundred names in running order, spelled correctly and checked by two families, is where the extra rounds go. Getting a principal sponsor's name wrong is not a small thing.
There is still no cap on guests and none on photos. You get the number on the call, before you have committed to anything.

The people
Entourage, principal sponsors, ninong and ninang
A Filipino wedding invitation has to name a lot of people: principal sponsors, secondary sponsors, the bearers, the flower girls and both sets of parents. We lay each group out as its own section, with no cap on how many names you add. Ninong and ninang lists of thirty are normal here and they fit.
Principal sponsors
Ninong and ninang, paired the way they will stand on the day. Thirty is not unusual here, and every one of them fits.
Secondary sponsors
Candle, veil and cord, each pair named under the part of the ceremony they stand for.
The bearers and the flower girls
Ring, coin and bible bearers, flower girls and the junior groomsmen, with room for the little ones' full names, spelled the way their parents spell them.
Both sets of parents
Named at the top, where they belong. If a parent is no longer with you, we can name them there too, in whatever words your family uses for it.
Guests scroll to their own group and find their own name, which is the one thing a folded card cannot do. And if you would like each household to open a page addressed to them by name, we can build that too. Personalised guest links are ₱999.
Two venues, one link
Ceremony at one venue, reception at another
Most Filipino weddings move between a church and a reception venue, sometimes an hour apart, and nobody wants to spend that hour lost. The invitation carries both, each with its own map pin, call time and travel notes for the stretch between them. The sample runs from a Tagaytay garden ceremony to a long-table reception under string lights.

What the invitation walks your guests through
- Church or ceremony venue
- Address, a map pin that opens in Google Maps, and the call time
- Travel between the two
- How long it takes, and what to expect of the road
- Reception venue
- Its own map pin, its own arrival time and the seating note
- The evening's run
- First dance, speeches, last song, in the order they happen
- Attire and palette
- Written out, with the colours shown rather than described
- Gift note
- Whatever you would rather say about it, phrased your way
RSVP
RSVPs that arrive as a headcount, not a group chat
Guests reply on the invitation itself, by name, with their seat count and any dietary notes. You get a running headcount and a list of who has not answered yet, instead of counting yeses across a dozen Messenger threads at eleven at night.
There is nothing for guests to install and no account to make. We ask for a name before anyone replies or posts, so you always know who said what, and that is the only thing we ever ask of them.
And if chasing the last few is one job too many on top of everything else, we will do it for you. Managed RSVP is ₱999, and you get a final headcount before your deadline.
Guest photos
Every photo from the day, from everyone who was there
Guests upload straight from their phones during the reception, so you end up with the whole night from every table and not just the corner you were standing in. You download the lot as one file at original resolution, no cap on how many, any time in the 90 days after the wedding.
If you would rather keep them longer, the window extends to a full year for ₱499, and you can decide that after the wedding rather than before it.
- 01
Guests upload from their phones during the reception, from the same link they replied on.
- 02
Hold uploads for approval first if you would rather see them before they appear.
- 03
Everything lands at the resolution it was shot at, not a messaging-app copy of it.
- 04
Download the lot as one file, any time in the 90 days after the wedding.
This is the part people book us for. Your photographer gives you the posed record of the day. This gives you the one nobody was posing for, shot from every table, and it is the reason couples are still opening the link months later.

Printed and digital
Digital or printed for a Filipino wedding
Send the link to your whole list and print a handful. Twenty copies for the principal sponsors and the lolos and lolas covers the people for whom handing over something physical carries weight, and the other three hundred get an invitation that takes their reply and holds their photos afterwards.
We do not print. If you want that small batch, it comes from a local printer and we are happy to hand over the artwork for it.
| Printed | What we build | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost for 300 guests | PHP 15,000 upward, plus envelopes and delivery | ₱4,999 flat, however many you send |
| Changing the venue | Reprint, or a correction slip in every envelope | We edit it, free, and guests see the change immediately |
| Collecting replies | Reply cards, or counting yeses in the group chat | Named RSVPs with seat counts, on the invitation itself |
| Afterwards | A keepsake in a box | Still live, with your guests' photos on it |
| The lolos and lolas | Something to hold, which genuinely matters | A link, which some of them will need help opening |
Sample designs
Open a sample wedding invitation
Andrea and Miguel is a complete sample invitation you can open and use. Reply to the RSVP, leave a message on the wall, click through the programme. It is a Tagaytay garden wedding set for February 2027, designed by our studio to show the range rather than taken from past client work.
Nothing you press is saved, so reply as a guest and see what lands on our side. Yours will not look like this one. It was designed from scratch for the wedding it describes, and yours gets the same, drawn from your own day.
Sofia at eighteen is the one to open next if someone in the family is also planning a debut invitation. There are nine of these now, one per occasion, and they all sit on the sample designs page.

Questions
Asked before booking
Cost, whether to print as well, whether the titos and titas will manage it, and what happens to the guests who never reply. Short answers below, and anything else can go on the call.
How much does a digital wedding invitation cost in the Philippines?
Done-for-you digital wedding invitations in the Philippines generally run PHP 2,500 to PHP 8,000. Ours is ₱4,999 for up to 400 guests, or ₱6,999 for the managed wedding, which folds in personalised guest links, managed RSVP, a matching save-the-date and your own domain. Above that guest count we quote.
Should we send digital or printed invitations for a Filipino wedding?
Send digital to most of your list and print a small batch for the people who expect something physical. Principal sponsors and grandparents are worth printing for. Everyone else opens a link on their phone, replies on it, and still has it months later with the photos on it. We do not print, so that batch would come from a local printer.
Is a digital invitation rude for older relatives?
The friction is usually the tool rather than the format. There is no app and no sign-up here, so a tita taps the link and it opens in whatever browser is already on her phone. Where a guest has no smartphone at all, print that one copy and hand it over in person. That is a normal thing to do.
What is the difference between an e-invitation and a wedding website?
An e-invitation is usually a picture you send once. A wedding website is a set of pages guests browse. What we build is the second thing in the first thing's clothes: one private link that opens like an invitation, then carries the programme, the RSVP, the well wishes and every photo taken on the day.
How do we handle guests who never reply?
The invitation shows you exactly who has not answered, so you can chase them in a few messages yourself. If you would rather not, managed RSVP is a ₱999 add-on: we chase the non-responders and hand you a final headcount before your deadline.
What happens if we invite more than 400 guests?
It becomes a quote rather than a list price, from ₱7,999. Nothing about the invitation changes and there is still no guest cap. Past 400 replies the questions and the chasing are genuinely hours of work at our end, which is the honest reason for the difference.
