Corporate event invitations for launches, galas and conferences

Our corporate event invitations are a small website for the event, not a card you send once. One private link runs the programme, takes the replies, and afterwards holds every photograph taken on the night. Quoted from ₱7,999, first draft in three to five days.

From ₱7,999, quoted on the call · No guest cap, no photo cap · Live for 12 months · 2 rounds of revisions

What it is

What a corporate invitation has to carry

A corporate invitation is a working document rather than a keepsake. It carries the running order hour by hour, the speakers and their titles, the dress code, the floor and the parking, and it goes to people deciding whether to give you an evening. All of it sits on one link, quoted from ₱7,999.

None of that fits on a card, which is why it is built as a website with sections rather than an image with a front and a back. The person replying is often an assistant who needs one detail, not all nine.

The programme, hour by hour

Registration, opening remarks, the keynote, dinner and the close. Guests with a meeting the next morning plan around the finish.

Speakers and their titles

Names spelled and titles worded the way each office signs them off. It is the detail somebody always wants changed.

A dress code that means something

Business formal, smart casual or filipiniana, written out rather than implied, because otherwise a third of the room asks.

Getting into the building

Which lobby, which floor, where to park, and whether reception needs a name on a list. This is where guests get stuck.

On print

What a printed corporate invitation costs to send

A printed corporate invitation is usually the most expensive line on the invitation budget. Three hundred on good stock with foiling, envelopes and a courier to each office runs upward of ₱15,000, takes two to three weeks at the printer, and is out of date the moment a speaker drops out.

That last part is the real cost. Corporate programmes change after the invitation goes out, more or less always, and a printed run has no answer beyond a correction slip nobody reads. A link is edited once and every guest holds the current version.

 PrintedWhat we build
Cost for 300 guestsUpward of ₱15,000 in stock, foiling and envelopes, before the courier to each officeQuoted from ₱7,999, however many you send
Lead timeTwo to three weeks at the printer, before a single one is deliveredFirst draft in three to five days, live the hour you approve it
A speaker drops outA reprint, or a correction slip somebody tucks into the folderWe edit it, free, and every guest sees the new programme on the link they hold
Collecting repliesReply cards, or an assistant emailing your events inbox one guest at a timeNamed replies on the invitation itself, with a running headcount
Knowing who is comingA spreadsheet maintained by hand out of four inboxesThe list as it fills, with the people who have not answered still on it
A year laterA card in a drawer, if anybody kept oneStill live on the same address, with every photograph from the night on it
What print does betterHand-delivered to a board member or a government office, it carries a weight a link does notWe do not print. That batch comes from a local printer and we hand over the artwork

None of this is an argument against print, only against print doing the whole job. Most companies send the link to the whole list and print thirty for the board and the guest of honour. The link goes wherever your people are, and nothing gets stripped by a mail filter on the way.

How it reads

The invitation is the first thing anyone sees of the event

For most of your list the invitation is the only part of the event they have seen before deciding whether to come. A poster image pasted into a group chat sets one expectation of the evening. A designed site, in your own typefaces and on your own address, sets a different one entirely.

Your own domain is ₱899 for twelve months, registered and pointed for you, so guests see your address rather than ours. Sending it out stays with your own mail system.

01

It is your brand, not ours

We work from your logo, your typefaces and your palette. No badge of ours on it, no ads, and no template anyone will recognise.

02

The preview card is designed too

The image and headline that unfurl when the link is pasted into Viber or Teams are chosen deliberately. For much of your list that is the first impression.

03

Private until you decide otherwise

Not indexed by search engines, so an embargoed launch stays off Google and an internal assembly stays inside the company.

There is a working corporate invitation you can open end to end: the Northlight launch, with a run of show, a named registration desk, a speaker list and a dress code, and set in a face that is nobody's wedding. It sits with the rest on the sample designs page.

Sample designs

Open the Northlight launch invitation

Northlight is a complete sample invitation you can open and use. Confirm your attendance, post a question for the panel, find the ballroom on the embedded map. It is a product launch at Shangri-La The Fort set for November 2027 in midnight, graphite and brass, designed by our studio rather than taken from client work.

Nothing you press is saved, so register as a guest and see how it behaves. Yours will not look like this one. It was designed from scratch for the event it describes, and yours gets the same, drawn from your own night.

Note what it is not: it is not a wedding in a dark palette. It is set in a different typeface, because a launch in the same display serif as a wedding reads as a wedding no matter what the colours do. The run of show, the registration desk, the speaker list and the dress code are all in it. All nine samples sit on the sample designs page.

Afterwards

The same link is where everyone relives the night

The invitation does not close when the doors do. Guests upload from the floor while the night is still running, messages land on the wall while people still mean them, and the whole thing stays open for 12 months on the address everybody already has.

This is the part a printed invitation has no version of. A card is finished the moment it is read. A site keeps working for a year.

01

Every phone in the room, pooled

Three hundred guests shoot the keynote, the ribbon and their own table from angles no hired photographer covers. All of it lands on the one link at full resolution.

02

Images the marketing team can use

Bulk download at the resolution they were shot at, not the compressed copies that come back out of a group chat. 90 days as standard, a year for a ₱499 add-on.

03

What people said, on the record

Guests leave a message and it appears for everyone to read: a wall of what partners, clients and staff actually thought, with moderation on if you would rather approve first.

04

One address, not a folder somebody owns

No drive request, no expiring attachment, no asking who has the photos. The link that invited them is the link that gives them the night back.

For anything the company does every year, that matters more than it sounds: 12 months means last year’s night is still open when this year’s invitation goes out, and the two read as one thing the company does.

Start the corporate invitation

The form takes about two minutes and the programme does not have to be locked yet. A short call usually the same day, then your first draft three to five days after that.

What we cover

Launches, galas, conferences and awards nights

Six kinds of company event come to us most, and the invitation changes shape for each. A one-night launch needs the reveal and the parking. A three-day summit needs parallel tracks, a reply per day and a delegate list with job titles on it. Both are quoted from ₱7,999.

Product and brand launches

One night, one venue, and a programme that hinges on the reveal. Press and clients need different things told to them.

Galas and Christmas parties

Table assignments, a dress code people take seriously, and a reply deadline that closes in time for the caterer.

Conferences and summits

Several days and parallel tracks. Each day carries its own running order and its own reply on the same link.

Awards nights

Categories, nominees and the order of the evening, with the winners kept off the invitation until the envelope opens.

Openings and turnovers

Ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings and property turnovers, where half the list is officials whose titles have to be exactly right.

Town halls and assemblies

Internal, often hybrid, and the link stays unindexed so the details do not leave the company.

A company Christmas party that is really just a party is better served by party invitations at ₱1,499, and we will say so rather than quote you for something you do not need.

What it costs

What corporate event invitations cost

Corporate event invitations are quoted rather than list-priced, from ₱7,999. A launch for eighty guests and a three-day conference with four tracks are not the same build, so the number is agreed on a short call once we know how many events sit on the invitation and how long the list runs.

Nothing is held back at a lower price, because there is no lower price here to hold it back from. Every invitation we build carries the same ten things, and the quote pays for the shape of the job rather than for access to features.

Corporate and multi-event

Quoted on the call, once we know the shape of it. Covers launches, galas and conferences, several linked events in one weekend, weddings over 400 guests.

  2. 02How long the list runsPast 400 replies, the questions and the chasing are hours of our week rather than minutes.
  3. 03How much brand there is to work insideA logo and two colours is quick. A full guideline set with licensed type and a locked lockup is slower.
  4. 04How many people approve itOne marketing lead and a committee with a legal review are different jobs. The second is what the quote is for.

What every corporate invitation includes

  • A custom-designed invitation, never a template
  • No cap on guests and no cap on photos
  • Event details, programme, map and countdown
  • RSVP with named replies and seat counts
  • A well wishes wall, moderated if you want it
  • Guest photos, uploaded as the day happens
  • Every photo in one download, at full quality
  • A private link search engines cannot index
  • Two rounds of revisions on the design
  • Typo and detail fixes free, before and after it goes live
Guest photos stay downloadable for 90 days and the invitation stays live for 12 months, long enough for the marketing team to still be pulling images out of it next quarter.

Worth knowing about for a company event

On a delegate list, personalised guest links work per person rather than per household. Extra days are part of the quote rather than an add-on.
  • Personalised guest linksEvery household gets their own link and their own seat count.₱999
  • Managed RSVPWe do the chasing, so the last few replies are never your problem.₱999
  • Your own domainyourname.com for twelve months, registered and pointed for you.₱899
  • Extended photo windowYour guests' photos stay downloadable for a full year, not 90 days.₱499

The same quote covers a wedding above 400 guests, which is the other thing on that card. If that is what you came for, it is priced on digital wedding invitations.

Questions

Asked before booking

What it costs and why it is quoted, whether one link can carry a three-day conference, how your brand guidelines are handled, and what is left a year after the night.

How much do corporate event invitations cost in the Philippines?

Ours are quoted rather than list-priced, from ₱7,999, and the number is agreed on the call. What moves it is how many events sit on the invitation, how long the guest list runs, and how much brand and approval there is to work through. 50 percent after the call, the balance before it goes live.

Can one invitation cover a three-day conference?

Yes, and that is what the quote is for. Each day carries its own running order, its own venue and its own reply while guests only ever hold one address. A single extra linked event on a fixed-price invitation is a ₱899 add-on; a full conference is priced on the call.

Will the invitation follow our brand guidelines?

Yes. We design from your logo, typefaces and palette rather than from a template, and nothing of ours appears on the finished invitation. Where your guidelines specify licensed typefaces we will need the files or the licence, and where that is not possible we match with the closest available and show you both.

What happens to the invitation after the event?

It stays live for 12 months as the record of the night, on the same address everyone was invited from. Guest photographs stay downloadable at original resolution for 90 days, or a full year for a ₱499 add-on, and the messages people left stay on the wall.

How private is the link?

It is not indexed by search engines, so an embargoed launch stays off Google and an internal town hall stays internal. Anyone holding the link can open it, which makes it quiet rather than locked. Personalised guest links are a ₱899 add-on if each guest should have their own.

How fast can you turn one around?

First draft in three to five days once we have your details, then 2 rounds of revisions. Rush is a ₱899 add-on and brings the first draft to 48 hours. Typos, speaker swaps and time changes are free throughout, before and after it goes live.

Tell us about the event

Send us the date, the rough headcount and the shape of the programme. Nothing is due until we have agreed a number. We come back the same day with a time to talk it through, and then we start building.
